Shoo Fly Pie

Cracker Barrel Recipe

3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup molasses
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon baking soda
few drops vinegar

Blend flour, sugar and butter until lumpy and save for topping.  Blend the molasses, hot water, soda and vinegar. Pour the mixture into pie crusts, not baked. Top with crumb mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Makes two pies.
