Cracker Barrel Copycat Recipe
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups buttermilk
Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, Add in the buttermilk and combine, Add in the egg and mix until just combined.
Pour the baking mix onto a hot griddle, add chopped pecans to the batter prior to flipping the pancakes. Flip the pancakes when the bottoms are golden brown.
