Buttermilk Potatoes

Cracker Barrel Restaurant Recipe

5 potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Dice potatoes and cook until tender, but not mushy. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and seasonings. Add buttermilk and heat only until thickened. Pour over potatoes and toss lightly. Serve while hot.
