Baked Stuffed Pork Chops

Cracker Barrel Restaurant Recipe

8 pork chops
1/2 pound sausage
2 cup rice, cooked
1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves
1 tablespoon sausage drippings
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Cut pockets in the pork chops.  Makes the rest of the ingredients and stuff into the pork chops.  Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a 350 degree oven, covered. Brown before serving by removing the top.
